1- Because it is raw data that is being purchased by Orbit Marketing Inc. It does not issue full refunds as that there is no recourse in the data not being used by the client once it has been received.

2- Orbit Marketing Inc allows the client to notify us and tell us that the data purchased is a duplicate or that it has already been purchased from Orbit Marketing and at that point Orbit Marketing Inc can replace the file or issue a full refund if it is not able to fulfill the purchase order.

3- Any issues or file that cannot be opened by Word, Excel or PDF they need to contact Orbit Marketing withing 7-14 business day to be able to resolve the issue or replace the file.
